IMS Internal Auditor

We are looking for a qualified and detail-driven IMS Internal Auditor to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our Integrated Management System (IMS), which encompasses ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. The IMS Internal Auditor will plan, conduct, and report on internal audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits at different departments and project sites to check compliances with the established company policies and procedures
• Prepare reports and documents, and coordinate with all departments and project sites for the preparation of ISO External Audits
• Prepare reports of audits, including recommendations on corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities detected to prevent the occurrence of the non-conformities
• Responsible for checking bidding documents to ensure completeness, compliance with legal and technical requirements, accuracy of cost estimates, and adherence to client or regulatory guidelines before submission
• Assist External Auditors when they are conducting system audit on by TUV SUD Auditors: ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System; ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety; ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System

Qualifications

• College graduate of any 4-year business course
• Preferably with 1 year of auditing experience in an ISO-certified company
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferably with ISO Awareness Training: 9001, 14001, 45001 (any)
• Knowledgeable with basic computer programs like Microsoft Office
• With good communication skills; oral & written
• Good at multitasking and attention to detail
