Context

As Skaleet continues to scale across Europe and Africa, we are looking for an Implementation Specialist to lead the delivery of complex, mission‑critical digital banking platforms for our clients.

Embedded within the Delivery organization, you will be responsible for orchestrating large‑scale implementation projects, from initial framing to production rollout. You will operate at the intersection of clients, product, engineering, and infrastructure teams, ensuring that ambitious banking transformations are delivered reliably, on time, and at scale.

This role places you at the heart of real‑world banking execution, where delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, and operational rigor directly impact client success and platform credibility.

Your future missions

You will play a central role in the successful launch of new digital banks and the evolution of existing platforms, operating in high‑stakes environments where execution quality is critical.

You will not manage abstract projects, but concrete, production‑grade banking programs used daily by thousands to millions of end‑users.

1. Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex banking programs (ownership & accountability)

• Own the full lifecycle of client projects, from initial scoping and contractual framing to go‑live and post‑launch stabilization
• Structure project phases, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders
• Act as the primary point of accountability for delivery commitments, timelines, and execution quality

2. Drive execution excellence across cross‑functional teams

• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, QA, and external partners to ensure smooth and predictable delivery
• Translate high‑level client objectives into structured delivery plans and actionable workstreams
• Identify risks early, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers to protect delivery commitments
• Ensure a high standard of operational discipline across all phases of the project

3. Act as a trusted delivery partner for international clients

• Serve as the main interface for clients, building strong, long‑term relationships based on trust and execution credibility
• Lead steering committees, delivery follow‑ups, and decision‑making forums with senior client stakeholders
• Operate confidently in multicultural and international contexts, with approximately 50% of projects involving non‑French clients
• Travel occasionally across Europe and Africa to support key delivery milestones

4. Ensure transparency, communication, and continuous improvement

• Provide clear, structured reporting on progress, risks, and delivery status to internal leadership and clients
• Foster strong cross‑functional communication to ensure alignment between delivery, product strategy, and technical execution
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Skaleet’s delivery frameworks, tools, and best practices
• Actively support the maturation of the Delivery organization in a fast‑growing, ambitious company
