Role Description

The Implementation Specialist is a full‑time hybrid role based in Montpellier, with flexibility to work from home part of the week. This role is responsible for leading end‑to‑end software implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution configuration, testing, and go‑live support. The Implementation Specialist will collaborate closely with customers to understand their operational needs, translate them into system workflows, and ensure successful adoption of the platform. Day‑to‑day activities include conducting discovery sessions, preparing implementation plans, configuring and validating system settings, training users, and documenting processes and best practices. The role also involves monitoring post‑implementation performance, resolving issues, gathering feedback, and working with internal stakeholders to continuously improve implementation methodologies and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, map processes, and translate business requirements into technical configurations.
  • Experience with software implementation, including system configuration, testing, deployment, and user training.
  • Customer service and customer satisfaction focus, with a track record of building trust and maintaining long‑term relationships.
  • Clear, professional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Prior experience in implementation, project coordination, or technical consulting in a SaaS or software environment is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Comfort working in a small, entrepreneurial team and collaborating across functions (product, operations, and leadership).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency with common business software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM, ticketing systems); experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English required; additional language skills are an advantage.
