Implementation Project Manager - Remote-First
Overview
Be part of a movement to change the way Europe pays. Currently payments still feel too complicated with random delays, confusing rules, extra apps and accounts.
The European Payments Initiative is changing that with Wero, a proudly European digital wallet that makes payments easier, clearer and more secure online, in store, at home and across borders. Money and data are protected under European laws and regulations.
Wero is live in Belgium, France and Germany and will launch very soon in Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Backed by 16 major banks and the two largest European acquirers, we are building a brand new, proudly European payment system.
What's in it for you
You’ll play a key role in driving the successful implementation of EPI across the market. Acting as the bridge between the acquirers and the EPI organization, you’ll design a tailored implementation plan and ensure seamless coordination among all stakeholders until go‑live.
Through regular engagement with individual members and the broader ecosystem, you’ll foster collaboration, share best practices, and build momentum. You’ll be the go‑to person for aligning efforts, solving challenges, and maintaining a 360° view of progress, making you the internal champion for EPI members and a vital contributor to bringing the vision to life.
About the team
You will report directly to Antoine, Head of the Transversal team, and be part of a team of experienced implementation managers. In daily interactions you will have contacts with members of EPI's product, scheme, engineering, marketing and operations teams.
