Impactful Project Manager - Facilities & Travel Operations

The Facility & Travel Management Division of the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) seeks an experienced Project Manager to coordinate a varied portfolio of property services and facility management projects across its working environment. You will manage needs assessment, planning, procurement follow-up, budgets, contracts and milestones.

Reporting to the Head of the Division, you will collaborate with colleagues bank-wide, develop dashboards, monitor performance, and ensure timely
