Immigration Compliance Lead

RFCUNY is seeking an Immigration Specialist to serve as the subject matter expert on immigration-related employment matters, liaising with internal HR units and external counsel. The role handles petitions for H-1B, TN, E-3, O-1, and more, ensuring timely filings and compliance with USCIS and DOL requirements.

Onboarding international hires, guiding visa processes, tracking expiry dates, and coordinating with legal counsel are core duties.
