Remuneration and status

Employés open to civil servants and contract workers. For non-civil servants, remuneration is based on education level and professional experience. The role is categorized as Inspector des finances publiques A PSE.

Conditions d'exercice

Activity is partially teleworkable: up to two days per week after a period of on-site training.

Responsibilities

• Management as deputy to the division head; accompany new colleagues in their skill development.
• Lead the integration of approximately twenty human‑resources applications and oversee the technical integration of Windows servers to another IT establishment.
• Coordinate performance tests and inter‑application tests; plan, animate meetings, reserve contributors, track bugs, and produce post‑campaign reports.
• Support exploitation during incident management; liaise with MOE, the technical architecture center, integration office, and production office.
• Assist the development division to adopt Windows‑based applications.

Qualifications

Technical skills

• Experience with n‑tier architectures and APIs.
• Linux system administration.
• Database knowledge (PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Automation (Puppet), backup (TiNa), scheduling (cron, Vtom), and supervision (Nagios).
• Project management: planning, formalization, coordination of contributors, and deliverable definition.

Experience

• Confirmed level of experience.
• Education: Minimum 6th‑year license or equivalent.
