Identity Success Manager — Italian Accounts

Okta France is seeking a Customer Success Manager to cover Italian and French accounts within the EMEA team. You will guide customers through adoption of our identity platform, build trusted advisor relationships, and drive retention and growth.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering, manage a diverse book of business, and drive proactive interventions. Fluent French and Italian are essential, with a customer-centric mindset.
