Identity & Access Management Analyst

Identity and Access Management is the cornerstone of modern security, dictating who can access what, when, and why. As an Identity & Access Management Analyst, you will train AI to master the complexities of secure access, enabling it to intelligently manage identities and enforce least privilege principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training datasets covering IAM policies, access control models (e.g., RBAC, ABAC), and provisioning/deprovisioning workflows.
• Create realistic scenarios for implementing Zero Trust architectures, multi‑factor authentication (MFA), and single sign‑on (SSO) solutions.
• Generate detailed content on privileged access management (PAM), identity governance and administration (IGA), and directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).
• Formulate questions and evaluate AI's ability to recommend appropriate access controls for different user roles and resource types.
• Provide expert insights into identity federation, API security, and secure credential storage.
• Review AI-generated explanations of IAM best practices, compliance requirements (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA), and common attack vectors targeting identities.

Ideal Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering, architecture, or operations.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, or CISM are highly desirable.
• Hands‑on experience with leading IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, SailPoint).
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OIDC) and authorization frameworks.
• Proficiency with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automating IAM tasks.
• Experience implementing or managing PAM solutions and IGA platforms.
