Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive company and industry research, preparing presentation materials for clients.
• Participate in specific client and deal teams, supporting financial and statistical analyses and structuring and execution activities.
• Assist clients with raising funds in the capital markets, as well as providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other types of financial transactions.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models and perform various financial analyses, including valuations and merger consequences.
• Support origination efforts, evaluation of new opportunities, and execution of deals, working on a broad scope of assignments and products across multiple sectors.
• Assist in coordinating and executing information in collaboration with product groups.
