IAM Specialist
Overview
74Software’s Global IT Team is seeking a IAM Expert to support our infrastructure security and operations. As part of our Cybersecurity Solutions Group (CSG), this role is responsible for supporting the operations of Identities life cycle management and auditing.
The IAM Expert utilizes defined workflows (or helps define them) to support infrastructure and services access in the group. Additionally, the IAM Expert helps support the security operations of CSG.
Location: Paris, France
Work model: Hybrid work (preferably at least 2 days a week in the office)
Responsibilities
- IAM Operations:
- Collaborate with corporate teams & provide end user support to manage and ensure user access to systems, applications, and data.
- Support the enrollment of new apps and enabling Single Sign-on (SSO).
- Monitor compliance with policies, regulations, and customer requirements.
- Perform assessments and audits of the IAM systems as directed by CSG management.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Update processes and procedures as necessary.
- Value documentation creation and communication, leverage technical experience to enhance team collaboration, and be self-driven to solve problems with a focus on achieving the team mission.
- Take the lead on IAM‑related projects and ensure their delivery within the defined planning & budget.
- Monitor and respond to identity‑based threats using Defender for Identity and Microsoft 365 Defender signals.
- Provide support for AWS, M365, Entra ID and other IAM related functions:
- Participate in projects and support operations focused on implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations.
- Use standard processes and procedures to ensure daily support related to provision users, groups and roles‑based access…etc.
- Collaborate with the CSG Management and various IT Teams to support the IT Security Mission.
Qualifications

A successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with our internal and external customers while analyzing and solving security problems collaboratively to ensure the best customer experience to our internal and external customers. - Work Experience
- Experience administrating Entra ID (users and groups, SSO and roles).
- At least 5 years relevant work experience.
- Experience in administrating & deployment of an IAM solution.
- Experience securing service accounts and AI/automation accounts (bots, agents, Copilot scenarios).
- Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in the following:
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, such as SSO, role‑based access control, and identity federation.
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols, such as SAML, OAuth, and Kerberos.
- Experience with identity and access management tools, such as Active Directory, LDAP and Entra ID.
- Familiarity with networking concepts like firewalls, VPNs, and DNS.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to identity and access management.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and keep up with industry trends.
- Experience in scripting (PowerShell, Python…).
