• Contribuer à la performance logistique du site en réduisant le temps d’écoulement et le niveau de stock tout en assurant une partie opérationnelle dans l’UET (portefeuille TGP)
• Réduction du stock (mission principale)
• Standardisation des méthodes TGP
• Fiabilité des stocks**Activité de la mission (description du poste) :**
• Améliorer la gestion des stocks (en particulier au niveau de l’approvisionnement)
• Identifier et mettre en œuvre les actions d’optimisation en s’appuyant sur les outils digitaux actuels et à venir
• Suivre les indicateurs (rotation, couverture, délai d’écoulement)
• Mettre à jour, amélioration et harmonisation des standards (photostock / appro / Paramètrage GPI)
• Accompagner les équipes dans l’application des bonnes pratiques
• Analyser les écarts de stocks
• Actions correctives pour fiabiliser les données GPI.
• Gestion progressive d’un portefeuille TGP (programmation & approvisionnement)
• Gestion opérationnelle des stocks : suivi des niveaux, ajustement des paramètres, relances, photostock
• Analyse des besoins, priorisation et pilotage des urgences
• Participation aux réunions logistiques hebdomadaires**Compétences clés requises :**
