Hyperscale Data Center Onsite Ops Lead (Paris)

Spencer Ogden in Paris is seeking an experienced Site Manager to run day-to-day site operations on flagship hyperscale data centre fit-out projects, delivering the full CSA interior package (ceilings, walls, raised floors, HAC systems) on-site.

You will coordinate subcontractors, lead toolbox talks, and track progress in ACC, resolving issues quickly to keep clients, PMs and crews aligned. Fluent English is required; French is a big plus, with Polish advantageous.
