Hybrid Staff Accountant: Financial Reporting & Reconciliations

Xylem is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our finance team, contributing to accurate and timely financial reporting. You will prepare financial statements, perform reconciliations, and ensure GAAP compliance.

This role supports multiple business units and requires strong analytical skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position is based at our Charlotte, NC office with a hybrid schedule of in-office 3x per week.
