Hybrid IT Systems Administrator: Remote Support & Cloud Ops

DeepHealth is seeking a Junior System Administrator to maintain core IT systems and provide Level 1/2 Help Desk support. You will administer enterprise apps like Slack and Jira, manage user accounts, and ensure system health, security, and availability. Hybrid work setup with collaboration across teams.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in CS/IT or equivalent, 2+ years in IT support, and strong Windows/Linux/macOS skills, AD, and cloud familiarity. Prior ITIL or CompTIA certs are a plus.
