Hybrid Hardware Support Engineer: Production & Firmware

Scaleway is seeking a Hardware Support Engineer to manage production and internal infrastructure servers from a hardware perspective. You will ensure high availability by executing required actions and collaborating with data center, logistics, and internal teams.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and engage vendors, while maintaining documentation and staying current with hardware tech. Hybrid work is available, with offices across France and a collaborative, international team.
