Lattice Semiconductor is seeking a Regional Broad Market Sales Manager to drive business growth across EMEA, particularly in the industrial and automotive sectors. This role requires over 10 years of experience in sales or business development within the semiconductor industry and a solid understanding of FPGA technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and communication skills, as well as the ability to build long-term relationships with customers. Proficiency in English is essential, along with local language skills.
