Hybrid Enterprise AI Solutions Engineer

Zendesk is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to design, build, and deliver production-grade AI solutions for strategic customers. You will be embedded with enterprises to implement LLM-powered workflows, create robust integrations, and drive measurable ROI while collaborating across Sales, Product, and Engineering.

You’ll travel 25–50% to customer sites, translate needs into scalable architectures, and help reduce deployment friction with crisp runbooks and reliable operations.
