Hybrid Development Director for Classical Music

Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra & Chorale (PBOC) seeks a Director of Development to lead philanthropic investments. The role focuses on major donors, annual and institutional giving, and donor stewardship within a collaborative team.

You’ll shape fundraising strategy, manage budgets, and interact with boards, volunteers, and partners. The DoD will oversee development staff, coordinate with Finance and Marketing, and help expand contributed revenue through innovative programs and events.
