Hybrid Contract Manager for Tech SaaS & GDPR

Beamy (based at STATION F) in Paris is seeking a hands-on Contract Manager to bridge legal and commercial teams on enterprise SaaS deals.

You will negotiate and draft DPAs, SaaS licenses, NDAs, and partner agreements with multinational stakeholders, ensure GDPR compliance, and work closely with Sales and the CEO in a hybrid Paris environment. The role emphasizes ownership of the contracting process and cross‑functional collaboration across finance, operations, and compliance.
