Hybrid Cloud Support Engineer – VIP Accounts

Scaleway in Bordeaux is seeking a Technical Account Manager to be the primary contact for our VIP clients, blending strong interpersonal skills with solid technical know‑how. You will collaborate with Engineering, Products and Support teams to resolve complex incidents, deepen client relationships, and contribute to scalable cloud solutions.

This role includes a 3x8 on‑call rotation, onboarding on our tools and stacks, hybrid work up to three days per week.
