Hybrid Card Operations & Payments Specialist

Shine in Paris is seeking a Card Operations & Payments Specialist to own the end-to-end operations of the card program and general payment flows. You will ensure the daily synchronization between the Banking System, card technical provider, and the CARD network.

Beyond routine processing, you are the technical guardian of the system, managing incidents and ensuring accurate reconciliation. The role covers disputes, regulatory reporting, and cross-functional backup support, with English required
