Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid Remote
Location: Cary, NC and surrounding areas (Hybrid option available)

You’ll provide groundbreaking, neurodiversity-affirming care with flexibility and solid support.
Your Role and Impact
As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You’ll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
- You’ll average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload.
- Growth and advancement opportunities through BCBA levels I–IV with leadership development focus.
- Autonomy over scheduling and supervision of cases; ability to design a schedule that works for you.
- Administrative support for scheduling, billing, and credentialing to maximize clinical time with patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming for pediatric clients.
- Lead and mentor BTs, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with families and other clinicians to develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve outcomes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Current BCBA Certification required.
Benefits and Compensation
- Earning Potential (Salary + Productivity Bonus): $100,000 – $126,000
- Plus earn up to an additional 10% of your monthly salary with our second bonus
- First Year Bonus: $7,500 in addition to compensation potential above
- Generous Time Off: Up to 22 days in the first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months
- Flexible Hybrid Role: Remote flexibility withTelehealth determined by clinical need
- CEU Stipend: $2,000 annually
