Hybrid Benefits Operations Partner

Red Ventures is seeking an Associate Benefits Partner to support core benefits operations with accurate data management and timely employee support. The role blends on-site and remote work, with a hybrid schedule at our South Charlotte HQ (Tue–Thu on site) and remote Mondays and Fridays.

You’ll handle enrollments, life events, data maintenance in HRIS, and inquiries, ensuring compliance across health, welfare, and retirement programs while collaborating with HR Ops and vendors.
