HVAC Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead orchestrator of HVAC projects, manage assignments from start to finish.
• Design & studies.
• Requirements analysis and specifications.
• Sizing of systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning).
• Technical selections focused on energy performance.
• Purchasing & partners.
• Supplier consultation and negotiation.
• Cost and schedule optimization.
• Development of a reliable network of partners.
• Project management.
• Full site management (scheduling, budget, teams).
• Internal coordination & subcontractors.
• Follow-up through handover and resolution of defects.
• Compliance with standards and regulations (RE2020, DTU…).
• Implementation of QHSE requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree (2–5 years higher education) in HVAC engineering / energy.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC project management.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems (plant rooms, heat pumps, air handling, etc.).
• Hydraulic and aerodynamic/system sizing.
• Experience in procurement / supplier management.
