HVAC Project Estimator: Lead Bids & Projects

Carmichael Engineering Ltd. is seeking an HVAC Project Estimator to join our Belleville, ON team. The role focuses on preparing accurate cost estimates for HVAC construction projects by reviewing drawings, specifications and client requirements.

You will work with the Sales Team to build proposals, negotiate with suppliers and coordinate site visits as needed. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of estimation experience and a mechanical background; HVAC experience is a plus.
