Location: 1915 Health Services Way – Raleigh, NC 27607, Wake County, within the Department of Health and Human Services
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with DHB and DMHDDSUS on provider enrollment and accreditation requirements.
- Act as a provider enrollment subject‑matter expert with experience in DMH taxonomies, NC Tracks processes, and accreditation policies.
- Reconcile and finalize Business Rules (CSR) and Provider Permission Matrix (PPM) in alignment with DHB so the State’s fiscal agent (GDIT) can implement these changes systemwide.
- Assist with updating systems (NC Tracks, PPM, CSR) to reflect timelines, automate notices, track expirations, suspend non‑compliant providers, and share data with health plans.
- Engage policy leads and coordinate with GDIT.
- Deliver Provider Support and Communication needs, including launch technical assistance and outreach for state‑funded agencies (many are not frequent NC Tracks users), and offer clear guidance on timelines, expectations, and available support.
Minimum Education and Experience
Master’s degree in a discipline related to the program and four years of related experience; or Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the program and six years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
