  • Support managers on employee relations, attendance, performance and disciplinary matters.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with payroll providers.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Ensure compliance with French labor law, collective agreements and internal HR policies.
  • Ensure the regular and accurate update of HRIS, maintaining complete, reliable and up-to-date employee data.

  • Monitor headcount, FTEs, personnel costs, absenteeism, turnover and other key HR indicators.
  • Support HR budgeting, workforce planning, forecasting and personnel cost analysis.
  • Ensure consistency between HRIS data, payroll information, employee records and HR reporting.
  • Contribute to European HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives across a broad range of HR topics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • 3–4 years of broad HR generalist experience, ideally in an international and/or operational environment.
  • Good knowledge of French labor law, payroll and HR administration.
  • Comfortable handling multiple HR topics simultaneously, from day-to-day operational matters to reporting and analytical topics.
  • Strong interest in HR reporting, HR analytics and social controlling.
  • Experienced in MS Office applications, ERP applications (preferably Oracle), and confidence working with HR data and figures.
  • Comfortable working with HRIS and digital HR tools, with a strong focus on data accuracy, completeness and regular updates.
  • Professional proficiency in French and English. Any additional European language will be appreciated.
  • Highly rigorous, structured, analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Autonomous, adaptable, hands-on and solution-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in an international, multi-country environment. xuezdbg
