Responsibilities:
- Acts as a first point of contact for the line managers to understand, anticipate and resolve the business needs (including projects, internal & external audits)
- Manages the selection and end-to-end recruitment process by announcing job ads and coordinating interviews with suitable candidates,
- Handles onboarding processes of new employees, prepares welcome kits, and personnel files and coordinates orientations,
- Welcomes new employees at the office, prepares their onboarding schedule with managers, team members and other related departments,
- Supports data management of all HR-related processes (annual leave, company procedures, job descriptions etc.)
- Participate in all other HR-related projects & reporting processes,
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably Business Administration, Social Sciences, Economics),
- Min. 3 years of experience,
- Proficiency in English verbal and written,
- Great sense of responsibility, multitasking & time management skills
