Job Description:

As an HR Ops, Social & Legal, you will join our HR team split between Paris and Barcelona (4 people).

You will work closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer, 2 HR Business Partners, and 1 HR Assistant. This role is part of the replacement of our current HR Ops, Social & Legal.

Your main mission will be to ensure the compliance, reliability, and efficiency of HR operations across payroll, employee administration, social and legal matters, while supporting the Group’s HR strategy.

Based in Paris, you will also act as the primary HR point of contact for the Paris office.

Main Responsibilities

Payroll

  • Lead and coordinate the outsourced payroll process for the entire Group (France / Spain / Latam).
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders: Finance, managers, leadership.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in each country.
  • Supervise data quality and relationships with payroll providers.

Employee Administration

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team for employee-related requests.
  • Act as the local HR representative for the Paris office, in coordination with the CHRO and HRBPs.
  • Manage relationships with external administrative providers (occupational health, insurance, pension, etc.).
  • Oversee the production, accuracy, and maintenance of HR documentation and reporting.

Individual Employment Law (depending on profile)

  • Advise HR teams and managers on employment law matters and the application of legal and collective agreement obligations.
  • Draft, update, and harmonize HR legal templates and contractual documents.
  • Lead individual case management: analysis, diagnosis, recommendations, procedures.
  • Manage litigation cases: coordination with lawyers, preparation of files, follow‑up with labor courts.

Collective Labor Law (if applicable)

  • Contribute to the development of the Group’s social policy.
  • Build and monitor the mandatory social obligations and negotiation calendar.
  • Prepare agendas, convocations, and materials for the CSE.
  • Facilitate CSE meetings and ensure proper documentation and archiving.
  • Manage partial or full CSE elections.
  • Draft collective agreements, unilateral commitments, charters, benchmarks, and legal notes.

Office Management & General Services (Paris)

  • Oversee general office operations for the Paris site.
  • Manage suppliers and service providers (contracts, performance monitoring, issue resolution).
  • Act as the health & safety representative for the Paris office.
  • Ensure the smooth daily functioning of the site and provide onsite support to teams.
  • Provide legal support to strategic HR projects.
  • Conduct audits of HR processes.
  • Participate in the definition, harmonization, and continuous improvement of Group HR policies and processes.

Required Profile

Skills & Experience

  • 5 to 10 years of HR experience in an international environment.
  • Fluent in French and English. Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Strong experience in payroll and/or outsourced payroll management (ideally Silae).
  • Solid knowledge of French and Spanish law.
  • Ability to draft, review, and manage HR legal documentation.

Salary range: 50 000€ - 60 000€. Position based in Paris
