Human Resources Officer (Apprenticeship) – Toulouse

Responsibilities

• Manage and track employee onboarding and offboarding
• Handle all contractual changes
• Prepare and review various letters and certificates
• Support People Managers in monitoring probation periods and contractual deadlines
• Manage requests for employment status changes in collaboration with International Mobility
• Provide employees with necessary information in the event of specific situations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's level (Bac+4) from a business school or university with a specialization in Human Resources
• Service-oriented with strong team spirit
• Commitment, responsiveness and autonomy
• Organized, rigorous and reliable
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal skills with employees
• Proficiency in English is a plus
