Human Resources Manager

Reports to: Market Manager France & Head of People Mid Europe as well as Head of HR Mid Europe.

Your mission

As HR Manager in France, you will be partly responsible for recruitment, engagement, and development of approximately 400 juicers across about 20 stores. You will be the primary point of contact between management and the teams, reporting directly to the Market Manager for France in Paris and to the Mid‑EU Head of People and Head of HR at headquarters.

Recruitment

• Monitor recruitment needs
• Conduct recruitment processes (sourcing, candidate selection)
• Declare to social security organizations and draft employment contracts

Onboarding of juicers

• Monitor probationary periods

Lifecycle Management

• Manage administrative tasks and personnel files
• Prepare payroll information
• Address recruiter questions and support development by monitoring training plans
• Manage disciplinary matters (from sanctions to dismissal)
• Manage full off‑boarding process
• Maintain HR handbook
• Support the Works Council (CSE)
• Monitor performance and compliance indicators
