Responsibilities
- Implement HR policies at the operational level
- Support managers and employees
- Manage day-to-day HR operations
- Prepare and facilitate CSE (Works Council) meetings
- Develop the HR calendar throughout the year
- Monitor headcount and payroll costs
- Track the recruitment plan in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years' experience in generalist HR / HR Business Partner (HRBP)
- Strong knowledge of HR operational management and employment law
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Ability to work with all hierarchical levels
- Experience in the audiovisual/media sector is a plus
- Motivated and able to take initiative
