Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement HR policies at the operational level
• Support managers and employees
• Manage day-to-day HR operations
• Prepare and facilitate CSE (Works Council) meetings
• Develop the HR calendar throughout the year
• Monitor headcount and payroll costs
• Track the recruitment plan in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years' experience in generalist HR / HR Business Partner (HRBP)
• Strong knowledge of HR operational management and employment law
• Strong customer-service orientation
• Ability to work with all hierarchical levels
• Experience in the audiovisual/media sector is a plus
• Motivated and able to take initiative
