Human Resources Intern
As our HR Intern in France, you will play an active role in supporting HR operations, employee experience initiatives, and recruitment activities. This is a unique opportunity to gain meaningful, hands‑on HR experience in an international environment.
⭐ About the Role
Working closely with the EMEA HR team and supporting the local HRBP , you’ll contribute to a wide range of HR activities that impact our French employees.
From recruitment to onboarding to daily HR operations, you will gain exposure to all key HR processes.
This internship will allow you to build strong foundations in HR while contributing to real projects at the heart of our business.
HR Administration & Support
- Assist with HR documentation (contracts, amendments, onboarding files)
- Maintain employee records and support HR reporting
- Handle general HR requests and support key HR processes
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support job postings, screening, and candidate coordination
- Participate in recruitment stages and interviews when appropriate
- Help prepare onboarding materials and welcome new hires
- Help monitor and update time‑tracking and attendance records
- Support the follow‑up of absences, overtime declarations, and leave management
- Collaborate with managers to ensure accurate data and compliance with internal processes
Payroll Support
- Assist in preparing monthly payroll inputs for the external payroll provider
- Support the review of payslips and payroll reports
- Contribute to improving payroll workflows and documentation
Employee Experience & HR Projects
- Contribute to engagement and communication initiatives
- Support improvements to HR procedures and tools
- Bring fresh ideas to enhance employee experience and HR efficiency
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor or Master student in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Available for at least 6‑month internship (±25h/week).
- Strong communication skills in French and English
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple tasks
- A team‑player who enjoys collaborating in an international environment
- Motivated to gain real HR experience and contribute meaningfully
