Human Resources Information System Administrator
Role Overview
We are looking for a Human Resources Information System Administrator to manage and optimize our HRIS, payroll, and DSN processes. The role involves providing expertise, support, and accompaniment to the HR teams, ensuring the reliability of payroll controls, and anticipating anomalies. The ideal candidate will be a technical reference, playing a key role in the reliability of payroll processes, the securing of DSN, and the evolution of HRIS tools within the Group.
What You Will Do
Manage HRIS projects, optimise HR tools, identify improvement and automation levers, formalise business needs, write charge sheets, and ensure the link with editors and IT teams. Ensure the quality and compliance of payroll data, accompany payroll managers in skills development, and contribute to the harmonisation of procedures and training materials.

Requirements
- Technical and commercial training
- Experience in HRIS administration
- Knowledge of payroll tools (Cegedim Teams Payroll, GTA, HR portal, Core HR)
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
