End-to-End Recruitment Management & Talent Onboarding
- Independently oversee end-to-end recruitment for all positions, including job posting, resume screening, candidate communication, interview scheduling, follow-up, offer negotiation and onboarding tracking.
- Collaborate closely with business departments to clarify hiring needs, source qualified candidates, ensure timely role filling, and deliver stable manpower support for business expansion.
Employee Onboarding, Offboarding & HR Administration
- Manage the full-cycle procedures for employee onboarding, probation confirmation, internal transfer and offboarding, including labor contract signing, information registration, document filing, and social security & related administrative declarations.
- Ensure all processes comply with French labor laws and are implemented in a standardized and accurate manner.
HR Compliance & Records Management
- Maintain employee personnel files, manage contracts, certificates, attendance and other related documents to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Be familiar with French labor laws and regulations, assist in improving internal HR policies, and ensure compliant employment, standardized processes and controllable risks.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in HR and administration in France.
- Familiar with French labor laws, employment regulations, social security and salary compliance.
- Proficient in practical HR operations including employee onboarding/offboarding, labor contracts and attendance calculation.
- Proficient in Chinese, fluent in French, capable of smooth communication with Chinese and French teams.
- bachelor’s degree or above.
- Valid legal work authorization in France.
