Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Director I/II DOE
- Director I: $29.50 - $50.46/hour (Grade 12-14; annual salary approximately $61,360 - $104,956)
- Director II: $34.15-$58.41/hour (Grade 15-17; annual salary approximately $71,032 - $121,492)

Job Summary
The HR Director performs a wide range of professional and technical duties related to human resources functions in support of the District’s employees and operations while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Desired Qualifications And Experience
- Experience managing benefits programs including, but not limited to, healthcare and 401(k) plans.
- Possess active SHRM-, SPHR, or PSHRA certification.
- Director I
- 5 or more years of professional experience in human resources within a local government setting.
- 5 or more years of experience administering a human resources information system in a local government setting.
- 5 or more years of experience administering a payroll information system including but not limited to Paychex or ADP.
- Director II
- 9 or more years of professional experience in human resources within a local government setting.
- 9 or more years of experience administering a human resources information system in a local government setting.
- 9 or more years of experience administering a payroll information system including but not limited to Paychex or ADP.
Employee Compensation And Benefits
Compensation is administered via the Chehalem Park and District’s Pay Plan. The most current version of the Pay Plan is available within the Personnel portion of the District’s adopted budget which is available online at
