Human Resources Business Partner (HR BP)

We are looking for a passionate Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in France and play a key role in achieving our 2030 strategic ambitions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to define and implement the HR strategy in alignment with business priorities.
- Provide insights and recommendations on organizational design and effectiveness, culture, and talent management.
- Support and coach the French Leadership Group to enhance engagement and impact.
- Lead talent management processes: performance and development reviews (MDR), succession planning, and merit/compensation cycles.
- Support managers in executing the talent strategy to develop future leaders.
- Foster a culture that drives engagement and performance: support teams and hold them accountable for MAS impact‑planning sessions and follow‑through.
- Ensure a transparent and trusted associate experience in partnership with Associate Relations, the shared‑service centre and Rewards experts.
- Participate in internal and external HR projects aligned with strategic priorities.
- Support the HR Director France in organization design, workforce planning, and recruitment (spans & layers).
- Partner with business leaders, finance, and data teams to monitor key metrics (headcount, wages, turnover) and drive data‑led recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, ideally in a matrix and international environment.
- Strong skills in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to coach and collaborate with leaders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision‑making.
- Agility, proactivity, and genuine passion for developing people and organizations.
- Fluent in French and English.
