Job Description

This role is part of the People & Culture Department at Accor Tech & Digital, supporting the Hospitality Tech scope as the main HR stakeholder to the Global Chief Information Officer for Hotels covering more than 200 Heartists. The position implements Group HR strategy, supports organizational transformation, drives performance improvement and acts as a 360° business partner to leadership teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership teams across departments and regions to address evolving business needs for resources and expertise.
  • Provide strategic HR advice and operational support on all human resources matters to managers and executive teams.
  • Act as single point of contact for leaders across the scope, in close partnership with local People & Culture Business Partners.
  • Lead the recruitment process: analyze needs, define roles, post job openings, pre‑screen candidates, and manage the selection process.
  • Drive performance and development review cycles, identify training needs, and foster talent through talent reviews and succession planning.
  • Design and implement tailored training programs and career development initiatives for each department.
  • Lead employee engagement efforts and drive cultural transformation projects across multiple business units.
  • Support teams during organizational changes, ensuring clear communication and smooth transitions.
  • Proactively enhance relationships with stakeholders to build strong HR‑business alignment across departments.
  • Foster effective collaborative partnerships with People & Culture expertise teams.
  • Oversee compensation processes, including annual reviews, salary surveys, and payroll monitoring.
  • Track team movements, manage HRIS updates, analyze workforce data, and oversee hiring plans for each scope.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company agreements, fostering a positive and healthy social climate within each department.
  • Manage and resolve individual disputes, providing expert guidance to maintain employee trust and operational harmony.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years in operational HR with a proven track record in driving innovation, transformation, and change management.
  • Trusted advisor for managers and employees, able to navigate complexities of multiple departments reporting to diverse COMEX members.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and active listening ability to build close relationships with teams.
  • Dynamic, positive, energetic, results‑oriented, and capable of engaging stakeholders in projects.
  • Fluent in English for professional use. French is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work closely with Talent & Culture peers, cross‑functional teams, and department leaders.
