Human Resources Business Partner – Hospitality Tech (F/M/X)

As part of the People & Culture Department, your mission is to implement the Group’s HR strategy, support organizational transformation, and drive performance improvement across diverse departments reporting to different COMEX members. Acting as a 360° business partner, you will lead recruitment, training, talent management, and employee relations initiatives to align with the strategic objectives of each department.

Business Support

  • Collaborate with leadership teams across departments and regions to address evolving business needs for resources and expertise.
  • Provide strategic HR advice and operational support on all human resources matters to managers and executive teams.
  • Act as the single point of contact for leaders across your scope, in close partnership with local P&C Business Partners.

Talent Management

  • Lead the recruitment process: analyze needs, define roles, post job openings, pre‑screen candidates, and manage the selection process, ensuring comprehensive support to hiring managers.
  • Drive performance and development review cycles, identify training needs, and foster talent through regular talent reviews and succession planning.
  • Design and implement tailored training programs and career development initiatives for each department.

Change Management and Engagement

  • Lead employee engagement efforts and drive cultural transformation projects across multiple business units.
  • Support teams during organizational changes, ensuring clear communication and smooth transitions.

Communication

  • Proactively enhance relationships with stakeholders to build strong HR‑business alignment across departments.
  • Foster effective, collaborative partnerships with People & Culture expertise teams.

Compensation and Workforce Management

  • Oversee compensation processes, including annual reviews, salary surveys, and payroll monitoring.
  • Track team movements, manage HRIS updates, analyze workforce data, and oversee hiring plans for each scope.

Employee Relations

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company agreements, fostering a positive and healthy social climate within each department.
  • Manage and resolve individual disputes, providing expert guidance to maintain employee trust and operational harmony.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years in operational HR, with a proven track record in driving innovation, transformation, and change management.
  • Recognized as a trusted advisor for managers and employees, capable of navigating the complexities of multiple departments reporting to diverse COMEX members.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and active listening abilities to build close relationships with teams.
  • Dynamic, positive, and energetic, capable of engaging stakeholders in projects.
  • Results‑oriented with the ability to align HR strategies with the strategic priorities of different departments.
  • Curious and innovative, delivering forward‑thinking solutions.
  • Fluent English required for professional use; French a plus.
  • Proven ability to work closely with Talent & Culture peers, cross‑functional teams, and department leaders.
