Your Mission
This work‑study program provides full immersion into strategic HR topics and clear learning objectives, helping you develop key skills: in‑depth understanding of the HRBP role, mastery of internal HR communication tools, HR data analysis, project management, and autonomy and proactivity.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate key HR milestones: annual performance review campaigns, salary reviews, engagement surveys, people reviews, etc.; support collection, consolidation, and analysis of data (headcount, performance, compensation); provide logistical and organizational support (calendar management, material preparation, deliverable tracking, follow‑ups).
- Internal HR communication and content creation: develop clear communication materials (presentations, newsletters, infographics, intranet articles, emails); contribute to key messaging and activate internal communication channels; design presentation decks for Townhalls and other committees (Executive Committee, Steering Committee).
- HR reporting and statistics: extract, consolidate, and ensure reliability of HR data via HRIS; build dashboards and reports (headcount tracking, turnover rates, performance indicators); analyze trends to deliver insights to HRBPs and managers.
- Support HRBP projects and monitor HR trends: assist on cross‑functional projects (training rollouts, process improvements, new HR tool deployments); monitor HR trends to suggest improvement areas.
Qualifications
Student pursuing a Master’s degree (Master 1 or 2) in Human Resources, Communication, Business, Political Science, or a comparable program with a specialization in HR.
Contract type: Apprenticeship or professional training contract. Duration: 1 year – schedule to be defined with your school. Preferred start date: September 2026. An apprenticeship or professional training agreement between the school, company, and student is required.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
- Strong writing and oral communication skills with an interest in data analysis and statistics.
- Fluency in English, spoken and written.
Appreciated Skills
- Familiarity with a graphic design tool (Canva, InDesign).
- Familiarity with an HRIS.
