What's the role about?
Topologie is a global co-creation fashion brand empowering customers to deconstruct their style and unlock endless possibilities. We are seeking a structured and hands-on Part-time Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) based in Paris, France to manage HR operations, recruitment, and legal compliance across our EU locations. Working on a flexible part-time basis, you will serve as the key HR point of contact for managers and team members in Europe, bridging local operational needs with global HR strategies.

What you'll be doing?
- Support hiring processes and talent strategies across the EU.
- Working with existing EU outside HR service providers that provide HR and payroll support in different locations, and our HQ P&C team.
- Support and action compliance needs for all EU locations, customized by country-specific labor laws.
- Support general day-to-day HR needs and employee relations for EU staff, liaising between outside service providers and internal team (Managers and Associates).
- Support the creation and updating of local retail handbooks and policies.
- Maintain HR systems (HRIS), payroll execution, vacation/leave management, and maintain proper HR documentation systems and work with the company finance team.
- Oversee third-party vendors, including local payroll providers, benefit brokers, and legal advisors.
- Work with the international team to localise/finetune global handbook, share best practices, and drive implementation in the EU as appropriate.
- Ensure company policy compliance, conduct periodic benefit reviews, and participate in regional benchmarking.
- Support talent development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives across the region.
- Assist in additional strategic HR projects upon request.
- Collaborate with the Paris & HK HQ team.
What you'll ideally bring
- 3+ years of HR experience in fashion, premium or lifestyle retail.
- Understanding of European labor laws, compliance standards, and local market practices.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to build trust across remote and diverse teams, with stakeholder engagement
- Thrives in a fast-paced, creative, collaborative startup environment, with high adaptability and self-ownership and management skills suited for a part-time structure.
Languages
- Fluent French and English required; Dutch and other languages are a plus.
