We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a trusted partner to managers and employees, driving recruitment, talent development, employee engagement, and HR operational excellence. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, this role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on operational support in a dynamic and growing organization.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in recruitment, learning and development, talent management, employee relations, and HR process improvement, along with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned business areas.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and manage sourcing channels to attract top talent.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
  • Advise managers on hiring decisions and selection processes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Training & Learning Development

  • Identify and consolidate training needs with business leaders and managers.
  • Support the design and deployment of learning and development programs.
  • Contribute to annual training plans and skills development initiatives.
  • Coordinate training activities and monitor effectiveness.
  • Promote continuous learning and professional development across the organization.

Performance & Talent Management

  • Support annual performance review and professional development processes.
  • Partner with managers on talent assessment and succession planning activities.
  • Contribute to career development frameworks and internal mobility programs.
  • Assist in identifying high-potential talent and development opportunities.
  • Support workforce planning and talent retention initiatives.

HR Business Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on HR policies, procedures, and people-related matters.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational issues.
  • Support managers in creating positive employee experiences.
  • Promote alignment between business objectives and HR strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

Personnel Administration & Compliance

  • Support HR administration activities in collaboration with specialist HR teams.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and HR reporting.
  • Support audits and compliance-related activities when required.

Education

  • Master's Degree (Bac+5) in:
  • Human Resources
  • Labor/Social Law
  • Business Administration
  • Management
  • Related Field

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
