We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing strategic and operational HR support across a multi-site organization.
In this role, you will work closely with business leaders to implement HR initiatives, support workforce planning, enhance employee engagement, and contribute to organizational performance. Acting as a true business partner, you will coordinate with specialist HR teams to deliver practical, people-focused solutions while ensuring alignment with company policies and employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnership
- Partner with managers and business leaders to provide proactive HR advice and support.
- Translate business objectives into effective people strategies and workforce initiatives.
- Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Support leadership teams in managing change, workforce challenges, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Talent Acquisition & Employee Development
- Support recruitment activities and workforce planning initiatives.
- Participate in candidate selection, onboarding, and integration processes.
- Partner with HR development and training teams to identify learning and development opportunities.
- Support succession planning and talent management initiatives.
- Promote employee growth, career development, and internal mobility.
Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Advise managers on employee relations matters and workplace issues.
- Identify potential people risks and coordinate with HR specialists to develop effective solutions.
- Support disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes when required.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR governance standards.
- Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
- Implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and participate in HR projects across assigned business areas.
- Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with specialist teams to deliver HR programs efficiently and effectively.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.
Performance & Workforce Analytics
- Monitor key HR metrics and workforce indicators.
- Analyze employee data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement action plans that improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations that support business and people decisions.
- Track progress against workforce and talent objectives.
- Manage and support HR team members within the assigned region or business area.
- Coordinate activities across recruitment, training, payroll, HR administration, and employment law teams.
- Foster strong collaboration among HR stakeholders and business leaders.
- Support knowledge sharing and development within the HR function.
- Promote a consistent and high-quality HR service delivery model.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist HR or HR Business Partner role.
- Experience supporting managers and employees across multiple business functions or locations.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience managing employee relations, performance management, and talent development activities.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic initiatives with operational HR responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a multi-site, distributed, or complex organizational environment.
- Experience supporting organizational change and transformation programs.
- Leadership experience managing HR team members or coordinating regional HR activities.
- Familiarity with HR information systems, workforce analytics, and reporting tools.
- Experience partnering with specialist HR functions such as recruitment, learning and development, payroll, and compensation.
