Human Resources Business Partner

HR Business Partner | Paris | 3-Month Initial Contract (likely extension) | €600 per day | European organisation | French speaking!

As the primary HR partner for the French business, you'll collaborate with managers based in London, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys operating in an international environment.

You must be well versed with French employment laws and HR best practice, whilst being comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

Working pattern: 2-3 days per week onsite in Paris

Immediate availability or the ability to start at short notice is highly desirable.

The Role

• Partner with managers and stakeholders across the French business on a broad range of HR matters.
• Provide expert guidance on French employment law and HR best practice.
• Work alongside the payroll team, liaising with them regularly to ensure smooth HR and payroll operations.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across France and the UK.
• Support employee relations cases and day to day HR activities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Operate with a high level of autonomy, taking ownership of issues and driving them through to resolution.

What Estamos Looking For

• Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in France.
• Strong knowledge of French employment law is essential.
• Experience supporting smaller office environments where a broad HR remit is required.
• Confident managing senior and sometimes challenging stakeholders.
