Job Description
To support our scale, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the People team. Reporting into our Lead HRBP, you will contribute at both hands‑on and strategic levels as a trusted partner to our teams and as a program manager to cultivate and develop a best‑in‑class employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Set up rituals with managers and team members to build relationships of trust and become the preferred contact for the teams
- Act as the privileged HR point of contact to accompany teams at all steps of the employee life cycle (on‑boarding, 3‑month and 6‑month feedback, performance assessment, compensation review, internal transfer, off‑boarding)
- Advise people managers on organization design, individual performance review, promotions, compensation
- Advise employees on learning and development opportunities, career pathing and evolution
- Act as the internal communication relay of your perimeter, ensuring a good respect of the rules in force in the company, and contribute to the animation of new HR processes and the company’s culture to maximize retention
- Participate and establish projects related to the People team roadmap
- Build and run rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs, to inform on the impact of programs or processes
Qualifications
- Strong experience in a similar position; having worked in a fast‑growing environment is a strong plus
- Well‑rounded experience on a variety of HR‑related topics (onboarding, learning and development, legal, compensation and benefits)
- Excellent at creating trust and developing strong working relationships at all levels of an organization
- Demonstrate excellent writing and conversational communication skills in both French and English
- Know how to drive performance management in a fast‑growing company (+500 hires/year)
- Know how to drive and support internal stakeholders in projects like designing organizations and anticipating future needs and stakes

Recruitment Process
- First interview with a Talent Acquisition Manager (30 min)
- Interview with Lead HRBP (45 min – 1h)
- Case study at home and debriefing with VP People & Lead HRBP (1h)
- Final round with Lead Development & Comex Member (30 min) + fit interview with one or two team members (30 min)
