Human Resources Business Partner

We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager for France & Benelux to support the Surgical and Foot & Ankle businesses across France and Benelux within an international, matrix organization.

The role covers Rennes, Bron and Brussels, requires regular travel, and reports to the Senior Director, International HR.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR Business Partner for Surgical and Foot & Ankle activities.
• Support sites in Rennes, Bron and Brussels.
• Deploy HR policies and processes aligned with international HR strategy.
• Manage operational and strategic HR topics.
• Support and participate in CSE meetings where applicable.
• Indirectly manage and develop on-site HR teams.
• Operate effectively within a matrix organization.

What we need

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience.
• Experience in international and matrix environments.
• People management and indirect leadership experience.
• Exposure to industrial or manufacturing sites.
