Job Title: Human Resources Advisor (including Payroll)

Company: Global Marketing Company – can share name in a call instantly (need to start like this for data reasons)

Location & Flexibility: Paris (Hybrid – close to 50%/50% office versus home)

Package: guideline 40 000 to 45 000 Euros per annum to start

Contract: Full‑time, permanent French contract

WHO MIGHT MATCH THIS JOB BEST?

• Background in any of the following: HR & Payroll Specialist, HR & Payroll Officer, HR Advisor, HR & Payroll Administrator, Human Resources Advisor (including Payroll), HR & Payroll Coordinator, HR Generalist
• French payroll experience
• HR administration & HR system experience
• French employment law experience (or willingness to research trends/changes)
• Employee support & manager and stakeholder advisory
• Empathetic & inclusive mindset
• Native level French (main language) & English (as global firm too)
• Nice to have knowledge of CSE (Comité Social et Économique)
• Nice to have international experience (EMEA/Europe)
