YOUR ROLE

• Develop custom features and enhancements within HubSpot, leveraging coding skills as necessary.
• Set up and optimize no‑code configurations, workflows, and automation in HubSpot to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage end‑to‑end custom integration between Hub

  Spot and Salesforce, monitoring data flows and observability from Hub

  Spot to Salesforce and from Salesforce to Hub

  Spot.
• Stay updated with Salesforce ecosystem, foresee impacts on integrations and make sure that there is an always‑on alignment of technical and business processes between HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to HubSpot functionalities and its integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for platform evolution and enhancements, delivering solutions that drive business objectives.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on HubSpot and its integration with Salesforce, creating documentation and support to teams across various countries and functions.
• Support rollout of HubSpot and its integrations (with Salesforce and other tools) in different countries.
• Continuously assess and recommend enhancements to the HubSpot platform to better support global initiatives and user needs.
