As Site HSES (Health, Safety, Environment, and Security) Manager for our Marcy L'Étoile and Alba La Romaine sites, you will be responsible for deploying the Group's HSES strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building a strong culture of continuous improvement across all areas of health, safety, environment, biosafety, and security. We deliver 4.3 billion healthcare solutions to people every year, thanks to the flawless planning and execution of our Manufacturing & Supply teams. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSES (Health, Safety, Environment, and Security) management systems aimed at the systematic elimination and reduction of risks and the continuous improvement of site HSES performance, in compliance with reference standards including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Sanofi Group standards.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and Sanofi's internal HSES requirements, and drive the implementation of corresponding action plans across the site.
• Analyze HSES performance results and lead initiatives that promote the development of a strong HSES culture, by defining and deploying appropriate management tools, communication plans, and training programs.
• Work closely with all site platforms on HSES-related activities, ensuring alignment with quality, timeline, cost, and business continuity objectives.
• Initiate, supervise, and coordinate site-wide risk assessments, and ensure the effective implementation of risk control measures to protect employees and the environment.
• Conduct regular HSE management reviews with the site management committee, ensure the quality and accuracy of HSE data reported to the Global HSE level, and stay informed of emerging risks associated with the site's business platforms.
• Ensure proper consideration of lessons learned — from within the site, across Sanofi, and from external sources — to sustain a continuous improvement program for HSE culture; lead the site's environmental plan in line with Group commitments.
• Provide support and advice to Site Management on all HSES matters, including the definition and deployment of HSES policy and associated objectives, crisis management, and representation with official regulatory bodies (such as regional environmental authorities and labor inspectorates).
• Define the organization, objectives, and strategic directions of the HSES department, and ensure the development of team members in line with current and future needs.
• Participate in working groups at the corporate HSES team level to contribute to and influence strategic and organizational decisions across the Group.
• Develop and implement the organizational and material resources required to ensure the execution of the site's security master plan.

About You

Experience: Significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, across production, quality, and/or HSE functions. Soft skills & technical skills:Leadership, tenacity, rigor, and autonomyExcellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization and within cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and synthesis skillsAbility to drive change, cooperate cross-functionally, make decisions, and develop peopleProficiency in IT tools, including MS Office suiteKnowledge of quality processes and systemsKnowledge of HSE regulations and applicable standards

Education

Master's degree (or equivalent Bac +5 level) minimum, in HSES or a related field.

Languages

English: B2 to C1 (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced – able to communicate fluently in a professional environment) Always Progressing.

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.
